50T/D Oily Sewage Treatment Equipment Carbon Steel SQHY-50
1, Source of oily wastewater treatment equipment wastewater
The main source of sewage is the wastewater generated during the centralized cleaning process of tableware.
2, Oily sewage raw water quality
According to the information provided by Party A, the quality of such sewage is as follows:
CODcr: 350mg/L; BOD5: 2000mg/L;
SS: 1500mg/L; Escherichia coli; 100000 pieces/L
3, Effluent quality of oily wastewater treatment equipment
The water quality after treatment should meet the Class A standard of the "Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants" (GB18918-2002), as shown in the table below:
Serial number | project | target(mg/L) |
1 | Basic Requirements | No floating objects, no unpleasant smells or odors |
2 | CODcr | ≤50 |
3 | BOD5 | ≤10 |
4 | SS | ≤10 |
5 | coliforms | 500 pieces/L |
4, Characteristics of Water Treatment Capacity and Quality of Oily Wastewater Treatment Equipment
According to the information provided by the owner, the total amount of wastewater discharged from each process outlet during the production process is 50m3/d. The wastewater from tableware cleaning contains a large amount of grease, food waste, and is relatively turbid, sometimes with deep colors. The characteristic of tableware cleaning wastewater is that it contains a large amount of eutrophic substances, which can be directly discharged without treatment, easily causing eutrophication pollution to surface water, damaging water resources, and especially affecting the growth and reproduction of animals and plants in the water body. Therefore, in the current situation of water resource shortage and extreme attention to environmental protection, it is very necessary to treat wastewater. We plan to treat the wastewater from the cleaning of catering utensils.
5, Analysis of treatment process for oily wastewater treatment equipment
The wastewater from tableware cleaning contains grease, kitchen waste, which is relatively turbid and sometimes has a deep color. The current wastewater treatment processes mainly include air flotation coagulation removal, biochemical treatment, membrane treatment, and for centralized tableware cleaning wastewater, although the operating cost is low, there are also requirements for the water temperature of the wastewater. The membrane treatment process has an ideal treatment effect, according to the characteristics of centralized tableware cleaning wastewater, It is better to choose the process of air flotation sedimentation removal+A/O biochemistry+biological aerated filter+MBR membrane treatment. The characteristics of this process are stable treatment effect and low equipment investment cost.
To ensure the quality of wastewater treatment effluent, the following measures have been taken in the physicochemical process:
(1) Concentrate wastewater to ensure a relatively stable source of wastewater for process treatment.
(2) When wastewater is discharged into the centralized pool, a grid is added to eliminate kitchen waste and some suspended solids in the water.
(3) Select appropriate flocculants based on the water quality of tableware cleaning wastewater for flocculation and air flotation, reducing chromaticity, removing suspended solids and some harmful impurities.
(4) By flocculation and air flotation of tableware cleaning and disinfection wastewater, the clear liquid is treated with biochemical treatment, biological aerated filter, and MBR membrane treatment to ensure that the effluent is clear and transparent, and meets the discharge standards.
