China Construction First Bureau Xining Duoba Sewage Treatment Plant
  The feasibility study report was approved on August 30, 2018 for the Xining Duoba Sewage Treatment Plant project, with a construction scale of 40000 tons/day and a effluent quality meeting the Class A sewage discharge standard. It is equipped with a DN1000-1200 sewage transmission pipeline network of 3.36 kilometers in the southern district; 0.36 kilometers of DN1200 reinforced concrete F pipe and 0.36 kilometers of DN500 steel pipe for inverted siphon top pipe in the northern area; The DN1200 tail water pipeline has a length of 0.6 kilometers. The sewage treatment adopts a combination process of pre-treatment, biological treatment, and deep treatment. The sludge treatment adopts a concentration tank+plate and frame filter press process. The effluent disinfection adopts a sodium hypochlorite disinfection process, and the deodorization adopts an ion deodorization process. The main construction includes coarse screen and lifting pump room, fine screen and aeration sedimentation tank, primary sedimentation tank, A/A/O biological tank, secondary sedimentation tank and sludge pump well, deep treatment workshop, clean water tank, sludge concentration tank, sludge dewatering room and dosing room, suction well, water supply pump room, blower room and machine repair room, heat exchange station, power transformation and distribution room, instrument cabin, comprehensive building, transmission room and other ancillary buildings for daily life and production.   The estimated total investment of the project is 260 million yuan. Construction began in April 2020 and is expected to be completed in April 2022. The main construction sub items include AA0 biological tank, comprehensive building, sludge water regulation tank, clean water tank, denitrification filter tank in deep treatment workshop, sedimentation tank, secondary sedimentation tank, heat exchange station in machine repair room, as well as installation of underground comprehensive pipelines and project equipment.   The site of Xining Duoba Sewage Treatment Plant is located south of Huangshui River and north of Logistics North Road. Recently, it covers an area of 49963.00m2, totaling 74.95 acres. The design scale is 40000 t/d, and the effluent quality meets the Class A standard in the "Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants GB18918-2002"; The biological decarbonization and phosphorus removal process is adopted, including the first stage pre-treatment section, the second stage biological treatment section, the third stage deep treatment section, and the disinfection section. The pre-treatment process consists of coarse and fine grids, aerated sand settling tanks, and initial settling tanks. The sewage treatment process consists of AAO+auxiliary flow secondary settling tanks, coagulation, sedimentation, and filtration (deep bed denitrification filtrate). The sludge treatment process consists of a sludge concentration tank+plate and frame filter press, and the disinfection process consists of sodium hypochlorite disinfection The deodorization process is ion deodorization, and the tail water will be temporarily discharged to the Huangshui River in the near future.
