3, Process Introduction:
The comprehensive wastewater flows through a grid to remove large particle suspension and flows into the wastewater regulation tank; After homogenizing the wastewater in the regulating tank, it is controlled by a liquid level gauge and pumped into the hydrolysis tank by a sewage lift pump. Anaerobic microorganisms are used to degrade pollutants such as N, P, CODcr, and BOD5 in the wastewater. Elastic fiber composite fillers are hung in the hydrolysis tank to increase microbial biomass. There is a high concentration of sludge mixture and biofilm in the tank, where organic matter is degraded by facultative bacteria, improving the biodegradability of the wastewater. At the same time, under the action of microorganisms, organic nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen are converted into N2 and NxO gas. The effluent from the hydrolysis tank flows into the oxidation tank, and under the action of aerobic microorganisms, NH4+in the wastewater is converted into NO2- and NO3-. By utilizing the oxidative metabolism of aerobic microorganisms attached to the elastic filler in the pool, the organic pollutants in the wastewater are decomposed, thereby reducing their BOD5, CODcr, and other pollutant indicators. The effluent from the contact oxidation tank flows into the sedimentation tank, and the precipitated sludge is appropriately pumped into the sludge tank for digestion and treatment. The sewage from the sedimentation tank is mainly separated from the sludge and water before flowing into the subsequent clean water disinfection tank for standard discharge. After the accumulated excess sludge in the sludge tank is digested, it is regularly cleaned and transported out by a sludge pump, and the supernatant is returned to the hydrolysis tank for denitrification and denitrification treatment.
4, Working principle:
The removal of organic pollutants and ammonia nitrogen by the SQWSZ series sewage treatment equipment mainly relies on the A/O biological treatment process in the equipment. The working principle is at level A. Due to the high concentration of organic matter in wastewater, microorganisms are in a state of hypoxia. At this time, microorganisms are facultative microorganisms. They convert and decompose organic nitrogen in wastewater into NH3-N. At the same time, they use organic carbon as an electron donor to convert NO2-N and NH3-N into N2. In addition, they also use organic carbon sources and NH3-N to synthesize new cellular substances. Therefore, level A tanks not only have certain organic matter removal functions, Reduce the organic load of subsequent aerobic tanks to facilitate nitrification, and rely on the high concentration of organic matter present in the raw water to complete denitrification and eliminate nitrogen eutrophication pollution. At the O level, although the concentration of organic matter has significantly decreased, there is still a certain amount of organic matter decomposed into CO2 and H2O. Autotrophic bacteria (nitrifying bacteria) use the inorganic carbon generated by organic matter decomposition or CO3 in the air as a nutrient source to convert NH3-N in wastewater into NO2-N, NO3-N, and the effluent from the O level tank flows back to the A level tank, providing an electron acceptor for the A level tank. Eliminate nitrogen pollution through denitrification.

5, Features:
1. Sewage treatment equipment can be buried below the surface, which can be used for greening or square land. Therefore, this equipment does not occupy the surface area, does not require building houses, and does not require heating and insulation.

3. The A/O biological treatment process in sewage treatment equipment adopts a push flow biological contact oxidation tank, which has a better treatment effect than a fully mixed or two or three stage series fully mixed biological contact oxidation tank. And it has a smaller volume than activated sludge tanks, strong adaptability to water quality, good impact resistance, stable effluent quality, and no sludge bulking. At the same time, a new type of elastic three-dimensional filler is used in the sludge contact oxidation tank, which has a large actual specific surface area and is convenient for microbial biofilm formation and removal. Under the same organic matter conditions, the removal rate of organic matter is higher than other fillers, and it can improve the solubility of oxygen in the air in water.
4. Due to the use of a biological contact oxidation tank in the A/O biological treatment process, the volumetric load of the filler is relatively low, and the microorganisms are in the stage of self oxidation, resulting in a relatively low sludge production. In addition, the moisture content of the sludge produced by the biological contact oxidation tank is much lower than that of the sludge produced by the activated sludge tank. Therefore, the sludge generated by the SQWSZ series of sewage treatment equipment is relatively small, and generally only needs to be discharged once in about 180 days.
5. In addition to adopting conventional blower noise reduction measures (such as vibration isolation pads, silencers, etc.), the sewage treatment equipment has also installed new sound-absorbing materials on the inner wall of the blast room, which reduces the noise level during equipment operation to less than 50 decibels and reduces the impact on the surrounding environment.
6. The sewage treatment equipment is equipped with soil deodorization facilities. It utilizes the upper space of the reinforced concrete structure pool to set up improved soil and air distribution pipes.
