Xining Lijiashan Sewage Treatment Plant Project

  Lijiashan Sewage Treatment Plant is located in Lijiashan Town, Xining City, Qinghai Province, with a designed treatment capacity of 10000m ³/ d. The AAO+MBR water treatment process is adopted, mainly composed of coarse grid shed room and lifting pump room, fine partition shed sand settling tank, AA0 biochemical tank, MBR tank, blower room, and sludge dewatering room. Domestic sewage is pre-treated by a coarse grid machine and a fine grid cyclone sedimentation tank, and then enters the A/O contact oxidation tank for biochemical treatment before entering the MBR membrane tank for deep treatment. After being disinfected by ultraviolet radiation, the effluent meets the Class A standard of Level 1. The sludge generated by the process is discharged into the sludge collection tank and treated through a screw stacking machine and an ultra-high pressure elastic filter stage. Our company is responsible for the installation, commissioning and operation of all sewage treatment equipment for the Lijiashan Sewage Treatment Plant project in Xining City. The project started in October 2019 and was officially put into use after completion and acceptance in September 2020. At present, the equipment and process operation are stable, and the effluent meets the standard and is discharged stably!
